Stage five: Change readiness
Creating the inspiration for change is a big step, getting ready to implement change is even bigger! Unisono don’t ‘chuck the solution over the fence’ and hope you can generate value from it; we help you prepare the ground for brand acceptance; supporting long term success.

Internal readiness
The most commonly overlooked aspect of any branding program is ‘internal readiness’. To deliver a successful brand experience, your brand ambassadors (your team and even your partners!), have to understand and believe in your brand. We also have to ensure the relevant systems are in place to deliver the experience. Every aspect of your business has to be engaged in delivering your brand experience.

External readiness
The second aspect of ‘getting ready’ is the external preparation requirements. From planning and delivering your forms, business profiles and websites, to designing signage and stationery, a well planned and carefully managed brand rollout is key to success.
