The 'Vision & Mission' thing

While the vision is the horizon line to aim for, the mission helps us devise actual goals to achieve. Without goals how can we achieve anything? Values keep your business true to itself as it continues to grow towards achieving the mission. Values colour your brand personality and build a framework for measuring ourselves.
