Unisono is looking for an Account Planner (with a minimum five years experience) to join its thriving Bahraini advertising team. If you're looking to work at the top of your game, we're here to push you to be your best.
The Role
As Account Planner, you will be required to understand both the product and the market from every perspective. A logical and analytical strategic thinker, you will be able to decipher trends and extrapolate key insights and revelations about the market to put into formal briefs for creative execution.
Consulting with our clients, you will analyse their business to deduce the specifics of their business objectives and short, mid and long term business and brand goals.
Your detailed research will be methodological, qualitative and quantitative, relevant and timely. You will be the voice of the consumer in the agency. You will devise inspired methods and channels with which to target campaign messages directly to the right segment using the right vehicles.
Your briefing will be an work of art in itself; you will paint a picture of the consumer issues. The briefing will be a colourful, insightful and inspirational catalyst for our team of creative Art Directors. You are a confident presenter who is comfortable with clients and can brief a multidisciplinary team on the route ahead.
You are able to design and run research programs to test the efficacy of campaigns. You are able to use the resulting data to create insightful reports for our clients and to stream the core insights into your subsequent creative briefing. Your work will enable understanding of key consumer group reactions to messages and products.
You have a solid understanding of through the line advertising campaign delivery and can show a portfolio of highly effective campaign work which is the end result of your insightful idea generation.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be well presented, considered, methodological and slightly quirky in character! A good sense of humour and the willingness to work with our team is essential! Though not essential, the perfect candidate should be a confident communicator with total fluency in English (any Arabic is a bonus).
All applicants must have international (US, Europe or East Asia) experience, team leading and telecoms experience; major telecom work would be a great advantage. Named agency experience will help your application but is not as essential as international awards and a portfolio showing your ideas in action.
